Immigrating is a huge decision. It's hard to choose where to move, and takes time to get accustomed to the countries laws and necessities. That's why we built Livelihood.
Introduction
When immigrating to a new country you have to take so many things into account. Even once you make your choice, it takes time to get integrated and maximize your economic value add. The facts are that:
- More likely than children of native-born parents to get a post-secondary education and job
- Output in the economy is higher and grows faster with more immigrants
- How can we make the transition easier for immigrants?

That's why we created Livelihood. A web app for immigrants who are looking to immigrate, or recently immigrated. It came from a personal place, as all of our parents were immigrants and we grew up experiencing the struggles of immigration first hand.
- What are the crime rates of the city you're moving to? What are the differing policies and laws?
- How do you open a bank account? How do you build credit?
- With Livelihood, the above questions are anwsered.
