I started 6Degrees as a personal passion project. It was started out of my own struggles with keeping track and in touch of all of my contacts.
Introduction
There's so many people in our lives that we have to care about. Our friends, our family, our professional connections, colleagues, etc etc. I myself am terrible at keeping in touch with people, and remembering details from our previous conversations. I tried setting up a system in Google sheets - manually inputting all of my contacts and color coding everything.
- Most people use Google Sheets to solve the problem at the current moment
- It was super tedious, and took a lot of time
- Was inefficient to keep the system running

If only there was a super streamlined way to keep all of your connections and information about them all in one place, and remind you when you need to follow up with them.
- It's called 6Degrees (if you get that reference, you're amazing)
- Basically mimicking someone with higher emotional intelligence and memory than you
- While also saving you valuable time and making everything super efficient
